Put another way, I'm not seeing how those Scriptural passages are in any way inconsistent with what I have written or, more importantly, what St. John wrote.David Garnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10868519827605827991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-513288677190655743.post-50712401069667537022013-06-11T14:18:22.160-07:002013-06-11T14:18:22.160-07:00It is a good thing to desire sanctification but wh...It is a good thing to desire sanctification but what about God's Word? It instructs on precisely how we go about climbing the ladder, not being conformed to this evil world but being transformed by the renewing our mind (Romans 12:2), by continually being filled with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18), by walking in the Spirit (Galatians 5:25), by following law of the Spirit of life (Romans 8:2). These are just some of the Words of God that instruct us in sanctification. We also know that 1 John 5:18 teaches that "whoever is born of God is kept by the Lord Jesus and the evil one cannot touch him." How do you understand these Words of God.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-513288677190655743.post-65553309245420289752011-08-15T20:14:23.710-07:002011-08-15T20:14:23.710-07:00Ella,
